Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Automotive Engineering is a provincial key laboratory approved by Jiangsu provincial government and provincial education department in October 1998. It is mainly engaged in automobile comprehensive energy-saving and environmental protection technology research, automobile and components of the modern design and test technology research, automobile noise and vibration-control technology research, automobile advanced manufacturing technology research, new energy and new materials in automobile application.
