Vehicle Dynamics Performance Test Laboratory

The Vehicle Dynamics Test Laboratory mainly focuses on the scientific and technological issues in the process of vehicle dynamics control and test, including the integrated design and control of vehicle intelligent chassis subsystem, vehicle vibration analysis and control, NVH test, vehicle dynamic performance simulation and test, vehicle fatigue durability test, etc. It strives to have the ability of chassis and integrated development and testing in the automotive power domain.

The main research directions of the laboratory are vehicle advanced chassis dynamics and control technology, and vehicle NVH measurement and control technology.

The building area of the laboratory is more than 2000 square meters. It has MTS320 four-column road simulator, INSTRON single-channel electro-hydraulic servo test system, AVL new energy vehicle power and transmission assembly test platform, Hardware-in-the-loop test platform, vehicle electric power steering ECU and comprehensive performance test bed, driving safety simulation analysis system, etc. Vehicle ECU rapid prototype simulation development system based on dSPACE and other scientific research equipment.
